Another chair given some well deserved TLC and finished today, a bit of patching and some replacing, but the structure very sound. A favourite chair used every day.

Rush chairs restored with pre twisted natural rush, not an easy product to use.
Back rung of the seat and strips around the sides replaced.

Just finished repairing a beautiful pair of rush chairs. Replaced with 4-5mm pre twisted natural rush. Not an easy product to use.
Mitch, repaired a broken seat rung and also replaced and repaired the pieces of wood that protect the wood on all sides and finally gave them an oil feed and a wax polish.

She has restored 3 very old but very well made wicker chairs that were not only worn but also had been badly repaired and now they look as they should - proud antiques good for another 50 years! She's also very efficient and a pleasure to deal with at the same time......I wouldn't hesitate to use her services again and highly recommend her to others with wicker/cane furniture needing attention and tlc.....she will do them justice!
